Delivery Details

Your order will be packed and dispatched on the same day (Monday to Friday) as the order is placed as long as it is before 2:00pm, after 2:00pm your order will be packed and await shipping till the following working day.

Standard Delivery orders will normally arrive within 2-3 working days of ordering (Please make sure someone will me in to accept the parcel at the delivery address provided - Or provide an address where someone will be available to accept the order) - Some items and orders will be shipped 24 Hour delivery via Parcelforce 24 (Next Working Day - Monday - Friday - mainland UK only, Scotland may take a day longer), these items such as LED floodlights are advertised as 24 hour delivery.

Parcelforce 24 orders will be delivered next working day after shipping (Monday to Friday - It may take longer to Scotland and Northern Ireland, orders placed after 2:00pm will be shipped the next working day).

 

Delivery / Shipping Fees:

Standard shipping is charged at £3.49 for orders less than £50 and for orders of £50 or more shipping is free (These will be sent via the Royal Mail).

Next Day Delivery - We also offer a Parcelforce 24 hour service for £11.99 (Please note this service may take slightly longer for Scotland and Northern Ireland), this a Monday - Friday service.

 If not in a card maybe be left and you can either collect from your local collections office or re-arrange delivery for free online or you can check the status of your order by contacting us and we can provide you with the tracking details.

Please provide us with a shipping address where someone will be available to take the parcel (this can be a business address). If an order is returned to us as no one has been available to take the order we will refund you minus the cost to us for delivery.

Please note that occasionally parcels and packages can take longer to arrive due to postal delays - Please let us know if your order has not arrived within 7 working days of shipping, we cannot refund or cancel an order that has been shipped and not arrived within 14 days. however we can have the order tracked and let you know its location


Warranties / Refunds / Returns Policy


Please note that where quoted, life ratings for light bulbs and lamps are indicative - They are not a guarantee.

Halogen, Incandescent and CFL Lamps Guarantee

We offer a full 30 day money back guarantee on any faulty product (Unlike most our competitors 3-7 day guarantees), so if a product stops working within 30 days of receipt due to a faulty product - please get in touch with us and we can explain how to return an item to get your money back or a replacement sent to you. Please note we cannot replace or offer a refund on any lighting item after 30 days of receipt due to external factors that may have caused these lamps to fail. (All our lamps are tested before shipping to make sure the lamps are working correctly). After 30 days even if a product has not been used we can no longer issue a refund or credit note.

LED Product Guarantee

We also offer a 1 to 5 year guarantee on our range of LED floodlights and LED lamps (depending on model), so as long as they have been professionally installed these are guaranteed for 1 to 5 years (each LED product page will mention the guarantee length of that product with most being 2-5 years). So if you have any of these LED products and have an issue in this time please let us know and will will advise how they can be sent back to us and if found faulty and have been used correctly we will send replacements. Please note after 30 days of receipt if an item is to be returned as faulty the cost of the return will be paid for by the purchaser. This warranty does not cover labour, shipping costs, removal or installation of the lamps. (Please note we can not refund or replace an item that can not be returned back to us, we will need the item back in order to inspect the item and then send a replacement).

If you order a product and find it does not meet your requirements then you must let us know within 30 days of shipping - If you wish to then return the item (at your expense) we will refund the cost of the item minus the postage charge we have had to pay (Please note this charge may be more expensive than the actual postal charge you have been charged as we may have to pay more than this to ship the item - please also note that unlike our competitors we do not currently charge a restock fee which our competitors currently charge of up to about 25%, Please also note we can only accept returns as long as the item/s being returned are returned suitably packaged in new / unused condition and are suitable for resale).

When returning an item you will need to contact us first for our returns address and returns information.

When returning an item, please make sure you include your full name and contact details and a copy of the original invoice, and the original packaging if possible and return to us (please also obtain a certificate of posting as we cannot refund items that we do not receive if lost in the post).

At the same time, please tell us why you are returning your goods, so we can quickly put things right. If you have purchased a lamp / lamps to check its suitability and it is not what you require or it does not fit your fitting then you can return the lamp or lamps (at your expense) to us within 30 days for a refund minus the original delivery cost as long as the lamp / lamps are in unused condition.

Please be aware that all returns are thoroughly tested by us on return. Any returned item which is found not to be faulty will be returned to the customer at the customers cost.

Please check any faulty lamps / light bulbs on another fitting carefully before contacting and then returning them to us. Refunds are not provided for returned products which are in good working order or after 30 days from the received dated.

Please also note that we cannot offer a guarantee on lamps if they have been broken or damaged when fitting or if being used in an incorrect fitting (generally these are fittings that lamps are recessed into which will cause overheating).

* Floodlight Warranty/ Guarantee

We guarantee fixtures and components, when properly installed by a qualified professional installer / electrician and under normal conditions of use to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the advertised (at the time of purchase) period from the date of purchase. You can find our warranty on the product page. We will at our discretion either repair or replace the product. In the event we determine a product is not repairable or no longer available, we will replace it with an item of similar style and value. Returns of reported failed or faulty floodlights after 60 days of purchase will need to be returned at the customers cost (Unlike our competitors 30 days).

This warranty does not cover labour, shipping costs, removal or installation of the floodlight and dos not cover floodlights that have not been professionally installed.
